Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as the products are unused and all protective covers are still intact.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors. If you have any questions about the product or concerns about your order, please contact us before making your purchase.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@roomie-design.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address. Do not ship to the address on the package as we may not receive your return and won’t be able to provide a refund. Please ask us for the correct return warehouse address—we have locations in the US, Canada, the UK, Italy (for EU returns), Australia, New Zealand, and China.

  3. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. You may use any carrier, but please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.

We understand that shipping can take time. As long as your return is shipped within 14 days of delivery, it will be accepted even if it arrives later.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours back to your original payment method.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please send a photo and a description of the issue to info@roomie-design.com. We will be happy to find a resolution—either by reshipping a replacement or offering a refund, depending on the situation.


Lost or Not Delivered Orders

If your order is lost or not delivered, we offer a reshipment at no extra cost.
If your tracking link shows "Delivered" but you did not receive the package, we do not offer refunds but can arrange a reshipment after confirming with the carrier.


Before Opening a Chargeback or Dispute

We are here to help you directly. If you experience any issue with your order, please always contact us first at info@roomie-design.com before opening a dispute or chargeback. In most cases, we can resolve the issue quickly by arranging a refund, exchange, or reshipment.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@roomie-design.com within 14 days of delivery.


Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, as we will have already begun processing your order, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply.

To request a cancellation, please send a message to info@roomie-design.com with your order number and email address and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.

Please note that we cannot monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) for cancellation requests, so messages sent via these channels will not be processed.

We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please wait until it arrives and then request a return.
