Roomie Design partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS who work with local couriers - allowing us to ship direct to your door and proudly offer flat rate world-wide shipping.
You will be charged when your order and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.
SHIPPING & TAXES:
Please note that while our company is based in Italy, most of our products ship from our warehouse in Asia, therefore delivery time is based largely on local postal services once they arrive at their destination country.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
We are partnered with major carriers around the world and depending on where you are, your order may be shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your local postal authority.
Due to COVID-19, delivery might take more days than usual.
DUTY OR IMPORT FEES:
All orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.
Please note that Roomie Design is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 6 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "CANCEL". Once the order has shipped we cannot cancel it.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at email@example.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, a product can arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or issue a refund.
