We use FedEx, UPS, DPD to send our parcels because we trust them to make sure your new night-time friends arrive with you safely. Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. You will receive an email and/or text message from the courier when your parcel leaves us.

If you can't be at home, and have a safe place to leave your parcel or would like it be left with a neighbour or a local collection point, you can arrange this directly with either FedEx, UPS or DHL when they contact you.

There are circumstances that are out of control (pandemic, lockdowns, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

DUTY OR IMPORT FEES:

All orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

Please note that Roomie Design is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.

RETURNS:

We offer a 14-day return policy. The product being returned must be in an unused condition and in its original packaging. If upon inspection your return item is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

How To Wash Egyptian Cotton Bedding

• Wash at 30°C ( 86°F) with a minimal amount of gentle detergent
• Don’t add any additional products
• Use a gentle wash cycle
• Air-dry where possible
• Iron on a low heat. You can put a cloth on bedding set when ironing

How To Dry Egyptian Cotton Bedding

With Egyptian Cotton bedding we would always recommend that you air dry the fabric on a clothesline. Hung correctly, the creasing will be minimal and you won’t have to spend as long on the ironing. Air drying also to maintain the cotton’s lovely natural scent.

If you must tumble dry your Egyptian Cotton bedding, make sure that you use a relatively low heat. Remove the sheets from the dryer as soon as possible after the cycle has finished and fold them. This will help prevent any stubborn creases from setting in.

Iron the sheets whilst they are still slightly damp with the iron set to a low heat. 

Egyptian Cotton bedding is a high-quality item with a truly luxurious feel. Treated well, that stunning quality will last for years to come.

How To Wash Silk Bedding

The safest way to wash delicate silk bedlinen at home is to hand wash them.

• Fill a basin with cool water
• Add a few drops of detergent for delicates
• Soak the sheets
• Agitate the item in the water
• Rinse in cold water
• Absorb excess water with a towel
• Hang the sheets to dry
• Iron on a low heat if necessary
